The morning meal is special for the donkeys because they get some carrot nibs mixed with their grain.
First, I’ll pull back the metal feed bins, drop in some carrots and then add grain before tipping them towards the donkeys so they can eat. Well, Jules just can’t wait. He’ll work his hoof on to the lip of the feed bin and tip it over before I’m done filling them.
He’s gotta get those carrots ahead of time!
The other jacks have not figured out how to do this yet, but donkeys are smart so he’ll teach them sooner or later.
