I was down at the hangar corral to see how Charmaine the duck hen was coming along. Fortunately, after our friend Brenda rescued her from marauding roosters, the feathers on the back of her neck and head have completely replenished themselves. So she’s looking normal and healthy now.
The Geese were in full protection mode when I went into the goose corral. Boy, do they put up a fuss! As usual, the one Chines Goose we call “Hotlips” wanted some personal attention so she hung out with me for a while as I shot this short video.
